Sweet Honey Corn Bread

9 Servings
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1/2 cup white sugar (I used Monk fruit Sweetener)
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup honey

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Spray 9 x 9 pan with non-stick spray.
  3. Combine all ingredients into a bowl. Stir well.
  4. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the corn bread is a golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool, and then cut. Serve with butter and enjoy!
Store any leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
