2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup half-and-half
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup capers, drained

3 (8 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 medium lemon, sliced
3 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, or to taste

1. Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Coat a 9x13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
