Simply Sides - Corn Bread Casserole

The last few Thanksgiving dinners I have attended at my sister's, she has prepared this corn bread casserole. It's creamy and delicious, and has been a big hit with the entire family. I finally asked her for the recipe so I can share it with others. This dish is very easy, and would be a great addition to any meal.

Corn Bread Casserole

1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn (undrained)
8 ounces sour cream
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) melted butter
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish.

1. Mix all ingredients and pour into the prepared dish.

2. Bake at 325F for one hour.
